Receiving a Session expiry message when viewing a webinar

If you have been watching a webinar you may receive the below message warning you that your session is due to expire. 





As instructed, click 'Yes' to continue watching your webinar or 'No' to log out of the webinar. 

This message appears due to the system detecting inactivity while watching the webinar. This message can be avoided by moving your mouse or touching your mousepad if on a laptop now and again while viewing.
