I need to contact my Firm Administrator, how can I do this ?
You may need to contact your Firm Administrator for them to assign courses to your account if they have purchased a Firm package. If you are unsure as to who your administrator is you can message them directly from your account.
- Once you have logged in you can select the messaging option below on your shortcuts menu.
- Click on "Compose Message"
- Select your Administrator from the dropdown menu in the "Send To" field.
- Compose your message in the "Message" area as below and click "Send Message".
- Your administrator will receive this message once logged into their account.
