I am new to my firm and don't have access to my courses
Your firm may have purchased or renewed their firm package with Datalaw but when you log into your account you can't access the courses or self assessment. Your account needs to be associated with your new firm's account so that the administrator can assign courses to your account. If they assign the Access All Areas package to your account you will then have access to the Self Assessment
You can raise a request to ensure that your account is visible on the firm account
To do this, log in to your account, clicking on "Log in" on the Datalaw Home page
Type in your account details and press "submit"
From your dropdown menu select "Profile settings" and once the profile screen is displayed, from the left side menu select "Change Account Request"
In the "reason" box, please type "my account needs to be attached to (name of firm) firm account" detailing the firm that you have joined
Click on Submit. You will hear back from the Help & Support Team once this request has been approved and completed. Your firm administrator will then assign the courses to your account and you can begin
