How to View your Apprenticeship Sessions and Reviews
Whilst on your apprenticeship with Datalaw you will complete coaching sessions with your coach over the phone as well as learner reviews, which will be recorded and available to view in the 'Sessions' tab and the 'Reviews' tab on your Apprenticeship Hub.
Once each session has been completed and uploaded to your Apprenticeship Hub you will be required to sign a Session Declaration for each of the sessions you complete. You can see how to complete these here: How to Complete your Session Declarations
After you have completed a Learner Review and you have signed the document once its sent out by your coach, they will then upload it onto your apprenticeship hub.
In this article below you will see how to access your sessions and look over them, as well as find your learner reviews.
Accessing Your Sessions:
Once you have completed a session with your coach and it has been uploaded to your Apprenticeship Hub you will need to navigate to your Apprenticeship Hub, as shown below:
After your Apprenticeship Hub page has loaded, you will see the 'Sessions' tab on the Learner Materials bar, highlighted in the red box to the left below:
Your completed sessions will be listed below once you have clicked onto the 'Sessions' tab.
There is a 'View' button that you can click in order to view your answers that you gave in the session, highlighted below next to the red arrow.
Below you can see the session view which is visible once you have clicked view on a session.
The questions within the sessions are listed with you answer, answer time, question score and playback option listed below, as shown in the red box:
At the very bottom of the session view after all your questions and answers is the feedback, planning, and session files sections.
Here you coach will include feedback on your answers from your session as well as planning for future sessions and areas for you to work on. The session files section includes any files relevant to that particular session, such as your signed session log that you complete after each session with your coach.
Accessing Your Reviews:
Once you are onto your apprenticeship hub the reviews tab can be found in the red box on the right-hand side in the picture below:
After clicking on the Reviews tab you will see any learner reviews you have previously completed listed below.
There is a 'View' button that you can use to see the contents of the review entry. This button is highlighted by the arrow on the right-hand side in the picture below:
After clicking view you will see the date the review took place, the name of the review and the actual review pdf file listed below and coloured blue. This is shown next to the red arrow.
By clicking the blue review pdf text you will be able to view the review document.
Once you have clicked the blue file text shown above a file viewer will be shown, within which you can download and print the document using the buttons highlighted in red towards the right hand corner of the pop up.
You can scroll through and view the full document using the page selector and scroll bar on the left-hand side, as well as change the zoom using the controls in the centre of the document viewer at the top.
