Welcome to your new Learner Dashboard! This tool has been designed to provide a clearer, more visual overview of your progress and simplify managing your apprenticeship journey. Use this guide to understand its features and how to make the most of them.

Quick Actions

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find quick-access buttons for common actions:

- Add File: Upload important documents directly to your account.
- View Tasks: Check your pending and completed tasks with ease.
- View Sessions: See your scheduled sessions and access related details.
- Edit Details: Update your personal or apprenticeship information.

Track Your OTJ Hours

Stay on top of your Off-the-Job (OTJ) training hours:

- View your required hours, completed hours, and the percentage of completion through a visual chart.
- Click the Add OTJ button to log new OTJ hours quickly and keep your records up to date.

Skills Scan Overview

Keep track of your skills scan progress and results:

- See how you’re performing across different apprenticeship standards with detailed charts.
- Access completed skills scans or add new entries directly from your dashboard using the New Skills Scan Entry button.

Apprenticeship Timeline

Your apprenticeship details are now organized in a single, easy-to-read section:

- View your start and end dates, cohort details, and tutor contact information.
- Check your apprenticeship status and key milestones like the Practical End Date and EPA Gateway.

Distance Traveled

Monitor your growth with a clear visual indicator:

- See how far you’ve progressed in meeting apprenticeship standards based on your skills scan results.

Upcoming Sessions and Reviews

Stay organized with clear schedules:

- See the date and time of your next session and next review at a glance.
- Click View Session or View Targets to review associated materials or set goals.

Track Attendance

Keep an eye on your attendance:

- View your attendance rate, including absences, with up-to-date stats.

RAG Rating

Understand your performance:

- Check your most recent RAG (Red, Amber, Green) rating and read tutor comments for detailed feedback.

Safeguarding

Need to report a safeguarding issue?

- Use the Report Safeguarding Issue button for quick and confidential access to support.
