Whilst on your apprenticeship with Datalaw your progress and any information relating to your apprenticeship will be available for you to view in your Apprenticeship Hub.

This is a central location where all of your progress and information relating to your apprenticeship, can be accessed from.
In this article below it will show you how to access your Apprenticeship Hub as well as what is included and accessible within.

Accessing your Apprenticeship Hub:

Once you have logged into your Datalaw account you will need to click your profile image in the top right-hand corner, next to your green 'My Dasboard' button, in order to access your account menu.

Within your account menu will be the option to access your Apprenticeship Hub, shown in the red box in the picture below:



After clicking on this you will then be taken to your Apprenticeship Hub, shown below:

What's Included within your Apprenticeship Hub:

Within your Apprenticeship Hub you will have access to your e-Portfolio, which includes all of the work you complete whilst on your apprenticeship. Below you will see your basic details which are displayed at the top of the Apprenticeship Hub homepage


Just below your learner details is the 'Learner Materials List' section, which includes a tabular navigation bar, as shown below:

By clicking on one of the options on the bar you will be able to view the contents below, as shown above with the 'All categories' tab selected.

The Learner Materials Bar includes the following:

All Categories:

Includes all items that have been added to the following Learner Materials tabs: sessions, reviews, evidence, PSRAS, NALP, BIL, and Manager Feedback/Notes

Sessions:

Here you can view previous sessions you have completed with your coach.

Session Declarations:

This tab will include all of the session declaration forms that you have signed, commented on, and dated once you have completed a session with your coach

Reviews:

On the reviews tab you will be able to see any past learner reviews you have completed.

ILDP / Gap Analysis:

Here you will be able to see your planned and completed learning. The planned learning section will show a list of your apprenticeship standards that are scheduled to be looked at in your upcoming sessions with your coach. The completed learning section will show the apprenticeship standards that have been covered in past sessions with your coach.

Others:

Here any miscellaneous items that relate to your apprenticeship may be added which may include admin documents. If any materials are added here you will be notified by your coach

Evidence:

On the evidence tab important evidence files will be kept. These may include functional skills evidence, prior learning evidence, etc.

OTJ Declaration:

Here you will be able to see any OTJ declaration forms that you will have previously submitted when you have added a new entry into your OTJ log.

PSRAS:

Here you will be able to see any documents, information, results and feedback relating to your PSRAS qualification if applicable

NALP:

Here you will be able to see any documents, information, results and feedback relating to your NALP qualification if applicable

BIL:

In the Break In Learning tab you will be able to see any previous breaks in learning you have taken whilst on the programme

Manager Feedback/Notes:

In the Manager Feedback/Notes section you can see any information your manager/employer representative has added from their own Manager Hub where they can view your progress as well as add supplementary information or documentation that is relevant to your learning and progress on the apprenticeship.

Apprenticeship Skills:

Here you can see the results from the apprenticeship skills scan form that your coach will ask you to fill out. There will be a chart mapping your progress against your apprenticeship standards over your time on course as well as a table below with the dates your skills scans were taken and the results shown below.
This information is used to see which standards you feel you're improving in and which you may need to focus on more, so that we can tailor your learning to make sure you feel confident in every standard and get the most out of your apprenticeship.
