Do I need to do 'live' CPD?

The SRA no longer require solicitors to complete 'live' CPD e.g. attend a course at a venue or participate during a live webinar.

For those who enjoy the interaction offered by a live course, but who do not want the cost implication or inconvenience of having to leave the office or home, Datalaw do offer a limited number of topical and informative live webinars during September and October to coincide with the end of the CPD year.
