Can I change my password once I am logged into my account ?

Yes you can. 

Log into your account and go to your "My Dashboard" screen and select "My Profile" from the menu on the left of your screen


Select "My Profile" when on your Training Dashboard

Select the "Reset Password" option which should be the 2nd tab at the top of the screen with a cog icon, shown below:

Select "Reset Password"

Enter your Current password into the box and your new password and confirm it. Click on Change password

Enter your current password and then your new password

Use your new details to log in to your account next time
