The webinar is playing but there is no sound
- Firstly, check that your headphones or speakers are connected to your computer system and that the volume is turned up.
- Secondly, check that the webinar has not been accidentally muted – if this is the case a red cross will appear over the speaker icon on the volume bar directly underneath the video.
