The webinar is playing but there is no sound
Firstly, check that your headphones or speakers are connected to your computer system and that the volume is turned up.
Secondly, check that the webinar has not been accidentally muted – if this is the case a red cross will appear over the speaker icon on the volume bar directly underneath the video.
