# I have received a "Hold on you're too fast" message when viewing my webinar

The system can recognise if a lecture is being completed too quickly. 

This may happen if the webinar is fast forwarded and checked off as complete too quickly or its supporting materials. You will receive the below message.

We advise that the webinars and notes are viewed in full to avoid an incorrect number of minutes being tracked on your CPD tracker and Training Plan.
