How to change your colleague's account details

One of your colleagues may need to change their email address on their account, their surname or they may ask if you can change their password for them. It is possible for you to do all of this from within your account. 

Start by logging in to your Administrator account from the Homepage by selecting "Log in"




Select "My Users" from the menu



Select the "edit" button under the name of the person you would like to amend





You can change their First and last name details, the user's email address if this has changed and their password if they have requested this

Click on "Save" to store the details and inform your colleague of the changes.
