How can the Firm Administrator get in touch with account users?

As the Firm Administrator you may need to get in contact with your account users to inform them of courses that they may find useful (e.g Regulatory Course materials).

Once you have logged in you can select the messaging option below on your shortcuts menu.

You will see your Inbox displayed. You may have messages or enquiries from your firm users here as they can message you directly and you can reply to them.




Click on "Compose Message"



Select the name of the user you want to message, from the dropdown menu in the "Send To" field. Compose your message in the "Message" area as below and click "Send Message". The person will receive this message once they have logged into their account.




You can draft messages to be sent at a later date by selecting "Save as Draft".
