# How can I view my colleagues' Training Plans ?

Start by logging in to your Administrator account from the Homepage by selecting "Log in"

2. Select "My Users" from the menu

3. Search for your colleague on your User listing and click on the "Training Plan" button alongside their email address.

4. You can select the Training Plan button alongside the user's email address

5. The user's Training Plan will be displayed

6. By expanding out each Question you can see further details on suggested courses to complete, training already completed (Evidence as displayed in the blue bar below) and Training Actions set by the individual (Actions displayed in the green bar below)
