How can I find my Training Plan from a previous quarter ?
Log into your account and select the black dropdown arrow on the top right of your screen to display the user menu
Select the option for "Training Plan History"
You can select the Quarter you wish to view from the dropdown menu at the top right side of your screen as pictured below
You can save your plan as a PDF document to your desktop by selecting the Save PDF button
Or you can print out your Training Plan to your printer by selecting the print button
