As the Firm Administrator, how can I check if a firm user has the package on their account ?

  1. Start by logging in to your Administrator account from the Homepage by selecting "Log in" 




  1. Select "My Business Courses" from the menu on the left of the screen 



  1. Click on the "view" button 




  1. If users have been assigned the package they will be listed under the package title


  1. If users have not yet been assigned courses or a package the display will be pictured as below with no users listed
