As the Firm Administrator, how can I add new users to the firm account ?
- Start by logging in to your Administrator account from the Homepage by selecting "Log in"
- Select "My Users" from the menu
- A list of current firm account users will be displayed
- You can add your new starter to your firm account by clicking on the "Create Users" button
- You can fill in their details and create a Username from their surname and the first 2 initials of their first name. Click on Save and the person will now appear in your User list
