As the Firm Administrator, how can I add new users to the firm account ?

Start by logging in to your Administrator account from the Homepage by selecting "Log in"




Select "My Users" from the menu




A list of current firm account users will be displayed




You can add your new starter to your firm account by clicking on the "Create Users" button




You can fill in their details and create a Username from their surname and the first 2 initials of their first name. Click on Save and the person will now appear in your User list
